Should we move it to Thursday, March 12th?
IU 12 did a math collaboration day. Things were a bit different, as Jimbo did a keynote about how he changed his math classroom. Should we get a Cohort 1 and 2 teacher to present a keynote as such? Then, Jimbo had a session so others could get a more in-depth look at how to move into the 21st Century.
What about having 5-6 sessions at a time run by teachers about classroom integration and 2 sessions as more technology sessions. This would eliminate the mini-coaches sessions.
Open work spaces should be set up in the afternoon so that teachers could work on specific skills and have someone available to help them.

York County CTC is about 12 minutes South of Central York. Does this cause issues for schools from Lebanon County? A-C, ELCO teachers have quite a trip, but leaving at 7 AM could get most to YCCTC for registration between 8 and 8:30.

$10 registration: $2 per person to cover morning snacks, $6 per person for various lunches, and leftovers go to cover other costs, such as nametags, etc. Checks should be make out to "York County School of Technology - Curriculum Collaboration Day." All attendees will also receive business cards to help with collaborative efforts, as was done at IU12 Math Collaboration Day.
Who will be the two teachers for each of these sessions? Are we looking at having some of the same people present? Get new presenters? We need to have a variety of presentations, and also make sure to differentiate for the various levels on involvement (Cohort 1 has been in this for a while, but Cohort 3 will still be at the beginning).
Are we going to limit registration? We will have sessions that have room for 30 people, and with 8 sessions going on at a time, there will be room for 250 participants. So, each school will initially be able to bring 3 teachers plus a coach registered by December 1. This date applies for all content area collaboration days. After that date, any slots not filled in can be filled by schools who bring presenters. Presenters will register their presentations by November 1. (See below for info on this)
